Welcome to Day 1

 

We often subconsciously use our thoughts to distract us from the truth about how we really feel.

And these thoughts can mentally torture us for a minute, a month, or even for many years.

It's so odd, really, that we would choose confusion over clarity for any length of time. 

But we all do it.

Fortunately, it's a temporary setback, as there's only so much one can take.

Which means you will always come back to the truth...eventually.
